After two decades styling hair in the the New York fashion industry, watching celebrity jewelry trends up close, Carlos Vera began to create his original line of unique jewelry pieces five years.
Carlos' first piece, one he created for himself, was quickly snatched up by a celebrity client.
Since then, he has been combining diverse materials, from semi-precious stones to silver, brushed gold, mixed metals, and leather pieces that he gets from Italy.
The artist's taste ranges from unisex bracelets and necklaces in raw black onyx and glass beads, to a vintage mode, with each piece carrying a positive note: whether it's a traditional Buddha head in jade, or a silver om character, spanning ages and cultural influences.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, a piece of the artist who created it.
